Tiny Random Acts to Fill Your Own Heart!

  • Let your partner watch his/her show – And don't roll your eyes or huff and puff about it.

  • Make an effort to avoid doing the things that annoy your spouse, work teams, kids (or roommates), friends

  • Come from a kinder heart, in general

  • Listen more

  • Sneak flowers on the desk of someone going through a rough time at work

  • Keep chocolate in your bottom desk drawer and tell officemates about it

  • Compliment children so their parents can hear

  • Buy the stuff the neighbor kid is selling

  • Donate your vacation or sick days to a person who is struggling with an illness

  • Listen to someone's life story – Yes, the whole thing
