Church in Bethesda (CiB) is a multi-denominational, multicultural, open and inclusive community, connecting people through spirituality, education, and service.
Because we come from a beautiful tapestry of backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, and generations, we choose to anchor our community in shared values rather than a rigid list of doctrines. We believe that spiritual growth happens best when people are free to ask questions and explore faith together.

Need food?
Join us every weekday (Monday through Friday) at 11 AM for free hot food, prepared for takeaway through our partnership with Bethesda Cares.
Jazzercise
A variety of classes: Dance Mixx, Strik, Fusion, Strength, and Core. Thursdays 7 PM. Call Beth at 301-873-2989.
FINDING Us
Our Address: 5033 Wilson Lane, Bethesda, MD 20184. We are located in downtown Bethesda’s across the street from the elementary school.
Parking: We have a small parking lot, but it fills up quickly. Free parking is also available at the Cordell-St. Elmo public garage two blocks away. Additional spaces might be available on the street in front of our building, but they also fill up quickly on Sundays with the Bethesda Central Farmers Market across the street.
Metro: Bethesda is on the Red Line. Get off the train at Bethesda and the church is a 5-10 minute walk from the station.
